Know your numbers. Build the structure. Grow with confidence.

I help business owners and founders get their finances under control, build the structure and systems to run without them, and raise money when they need it.

Does this sound like you?

01You're making money but can't tell where it goes.
02Everything depends on you, and the business stalls when you step away.
03Cash is tight and you don't know why.
04Deliveries slip, things fall through the cracks and nobody owns the fix.
05You want to grow but don't know if the business, or the numbers, can take it.
06You've grown, but the way you work hasn't changed with it.
07An investor, bank or partner has asked for numbers you don't have.
08You need a plan, and you want it to be realistic.

These are all solvable, and usually faster than you'd expect.

Structure it. Run the numbers. Fund the growth.

How it works

1

Free consultation

You tell me where you are and what you need.

2

Diagnose

I review your numbers and tell you honestly what I see.

3

Agree a plan

A written scope: what you'll receive and when.

4

Deliver and support

I do the work with you, explain every number, and stay available afterwards.

What you receive: plain-English documents, models and systems you own: an operating plan and weekly rhythm, a financial model you can update yourself, a pitch deck, a business plan, a monthly dashboard, a valuation summary. Whatever fits the job.

Questions

Is it only about finance?+

No. Finance is a big part of what I do, but a lot of my advisory is about structure and scale: how the business is organised, how work flows, who owns what, and how to grow without chaos. I'll work on whichever matters most for you, and usually the two go together.

Do you only work with startups?+

No. I help any business: a shop, a restaurant, a manufacturer, a logistics firm, a professional practice, a startup.

Can you prepare my accounts and financial reports?+

Yes. I prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements and management reports, and I set up your books so they stay clean. Where a signed statutory audit is required, a licensed auditor signs and I work alongside them.

Are you an accountant?+

I'm a finance and strategy advisor with an MBA in Finance. I prepare and explain your numbers, and work alongside your auditor or accountant where a signature is legally required.

Do I need to share my financial records?+

Only what's needed, handled in confidence.

How long does a project take?+

A pitch deck or projection model can take a couple of weeks. Ongoing support runs monthly. I'll give a realistic timeline after our first call.

Can you help me raise money?+

I can get you ready: the story, the numbers and the valuation. I don't guarantee funding.

What if I'm not sure what I need?+

That's what the free consultation is for.

Let's look at your numbers together.

A free 30-minute consultation. You'll leave with clearer next steps, whether or not we work together.
